The Jailty Suite - Citrine & Diamond Suite Consisting of Earrings, Ring & Pendant
Known as the Jaitly Suite in honour of their designer, the earrings, ring and pendant, which were specially made for Lady Colin Campbell some years ago, consist of marquise-cut citrines and brilliant cut white diamonds set in 18 carat yellow gold.

"When I first got this suite, the fashion of the time prevented me from wearing it informally during the day," Lady Colin Campbell says.  "That meant that I could only wear it with formal day wear or in the evening. I used to wear it at least once every year to Royal Ascot, otherwise I wore it to evening  receptions such as the one the Russian Ambassador hosted  at his Residence in July 1995, at which Diana, Princess of Wales complimented me on it.   Fortunately, it is now fashionable to wear jewels like this in the day as well as in the evening, formally and informally, so I get far more wear out of it than I used to.  Citrines paired with diamonds are one of my favourite stones, and I almost flog the Jaitly Suite to death so much do I wear it. I find it goes with so many different colours, and even pair it with a pearl and topaz choker and bracelet which I have and which Diana, Princess of Wales told me she would 'kill to have'.".

The Jaitly Suite consisting of stones of a similar size and quality set in yellow 18 carat gold starts at £26,000.
